Sometime in 1998, Pastor Roy P. Gonzales began his ministry. He was born and reared in the Municipality of E.B. Magalona in the Province of Negros Occidental. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the college and graduated. He decided to enroll in a master’s program in Christian education at a summary in Makati, Manila. He served in Sucat Word for the World Church for 6 years and moved to San Pedro, Laguna, then for 9 months he was sent to General Mariano Alvarez, Cavite as an outreach Pastor. After 7 years the Board of Elders decided to become independent.

He became a member of an organization in 1998. He was chosen as an auditor in 2005, and he later rose to the position of PRO. He was nominated for Chairman of GMAFEC for the first time in 2014, he won the election in consecutive years (2014-2017, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023). The year 2019-21 is a very challenging year for him because he accepted the majority appeal to him to be the chairman. And in the year 2021-2023, he won again until now.

Being the chairman is only a privilege to help or serve our fellow members of the body of Christ. “If you want to be great in His kingdom learn to be the servant of all. He bases the plan that he presents to the members on a comprehensive strategy or a Holistic Approach which until now the members are benefiting in medical assistance, financial, physical, psychological, social, and emotional.
